Health Screenings at Hitchcock
Health screenings forá1st - 5th graders will begin the week of Oct.á20th, 2014.​ áClick here for more information and forms.

If there is aáreason your child should not have this screening (had recent ear surgery) or a parent preference, pleaseácontact the health office. You will be notified if your child has any concerns seen after the screening.á
